The T3 Program “Test, Train, Transform” incorporates baseline scientific testing to design a customized program for each individual. T3 utilizes fitness technology to track each person’s fitness progressions at a cardiovascular level and data collection to ensure strength and muscular endurance improvements. Clients work through their customized program to ensure proper muscular development and improvement of movement patterns (corrective exercise from the Functional Movement Screening). Clients set specific goals and work systematically to achieve those goals. Small group workouts ensure workouts have a “metabolic boost,” fun, challenging, and competitive for everyone!
