B3 Better Fitness is our general fitness program. These adult boot camps are designed to assist with learning, burning, and maintaining throughout your fitness journey. Head trainers Nicole Ratley and Jessica Cruz strive to assure you continue to see results. We continue to push your fitness goals and enhance your experience by using our fitness assessments, sports technology, various equipment, and 60 yards of astroturf. We design programs to challenge your muscles groups and strengthen your cardiovascular system. These boot camps are offered daily Monday-Saturday.
